Pavao Restaurant & Pizzaria is Porto’s home of authentic Neapolitan pizza. Inspired by the elegance of the peacock, our concept blends traditional Italian pizza craftsmanship with warm, welcoming hospitality.

Our pizza dough is prepared using traditional techniques and 24-hour slow fermentation, topped with fresh, premium ingredients. For something truly unique, our Rodízio de Pizza offers 24+ varieties of gourmet pizza — instead of individual slices, you choose full pizzas divided into your favourite flavours, ordering round after round for as long as you like. Perfect for groups, families, tourists and celebrations.

Group Rodízio Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following conditions apply to group reservations:

1. Full Group Arrival

Service will begin only once all guests in the reservation have arrived.

2. Same Service for the Entire Table

The rodízio service must be chosen by all guests at the table. It is not possible to combine rodízio and à la carte within the same group.

Exception: children under 8 years old may order from the kids’ menu if they do not wish to have pizza.

3. Fixed Price per Person

Rodízio is charged per person. Even if only a small amount is consumed, the full price applies.

4. Flavour Selection

Pizza flavours are selected collectively by the group, not individually. Guests are welcome to take turns choosing their preferred flavours.

5. No Takeaway

Rodízio is a dine-in experience only. Takeaway is not permitted.

24-Hour Slow Fermentation

Great pizza takes time. Every pizza we serve begins with authentic Neapolitan dough that ferments for a minimum of 24 hours. This traditional process breaks down starches to create a crust that is incredibly light, airy, and easy to digest, with the perfect charred edges
